Ko wai au?Who am I?
My name is Paige and I’m a registered psychologist living in the beautiful Te Awakairangi, Hutt Valley. The connections between mental wellbeing, physical health, and the wider environment are especially interesting to me, as challenges in one area of life often impact other areas. My experience has been working with people experiencing persistent pain and concussions, supporting neurodiverse people with their mental health, and working alongside people with disabilities engaging in challenging behaviours.
I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), however any support is tailored to suit your individual needs.

Cost
The cost of each session is $185 (GST incl.). This includes a 50minute kōrero and 10minutes for notes consolidation.
Invoice will be sent upon booking confirmation.
Please note that cancellations within 24hours notice will incur a fee
Your session cost may be covered if you qualify for ACC Sensitive claims or go through your Employment Assistance Provider (EAP).
